WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. items must be in original condition with tags attached. refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. orders shipping outside of the US are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I RETURN PURCHASES MADE ON OTDNYC.COM?
use the pre-paid UPS return label for complimentary standard shipping on all returns within 14 days of receipt. once your return has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed. items in original condition may also be returned in-stores when accompanied by online purchase order confirmation within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
we ship to the US and Canada at this time. shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout on orders shipping to Canada. please note, additional fees may be due upon delivery.
